Craisins® Dried Cranberries Recipes

Ingredients --------------------------------------------------------------------
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt on low speed. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Heat oven to 375°. Roll half of dough 1/4-inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut with 3-inch Mickey-shaped cookie cutter. Place about two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with other half of dough.

Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until very light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Melt white chocolate chips according to package directions. Spread white coating over cookie. Dot "ears" of cookies with dried cranberries. Allow white chocolate to harden before storing.
